How do I register?

You can register to the courses that are opened out to the public during the official course registration periods of the fall, spring or summer semesters by following the steps below:

  • Determine the number of courses you would like to take by surveying the list of courses offered to the guest students on the OCCO’s website.
  • Contact the Open-out Courses Unit at the Near East University Registrar’s Office and register to the courses by providing the details of the number of courses you would like to take and the status (auditor and/or certificate) through which you would like to register for each one. Guest students who complete their registration procedures at the Registrar’s Office will be given a Guest Student number starting with the letter “M.”
  • You will be asked to provide a valid e-mail address during the registration process. Following registration at the Registrar’s Office, you will be sent a password and a “Course Registration Manual” via this e-mail address.
  • Registration to the courses are completed online through Student Registration System (Einstein). Follow the the instructions in the Course Registration Manual to register for the courses for which you have made payments for.
